How long can the goods be stored in the warehouse?
Free storage for 180 days, more than the time did not handle the delivery service, our company will do the destruction of parcels.

How do I know that the goods have arrived in your warehouse?
The system will automatically send notification mail to your mailbox after the goods are put into storage.

Will the freight be calculated on the basis of actual weight or volume weight?
When the volume is larger than the actual weight, the volume weight should be calculated according to the volume. The volume weight can be obtained by using length * width * height / 5000.

What time does it take a day?
Delivery on the day of payment before 12 noon on the same day; Order only on Sundays and holidays, no delivery.

There is no limit to the quantity of goods to be shipped.
The following articles are prohibited from mailing：

3.Reactive newspapers, books, windows or obscene articles；
4.Various currencies；
5.Public health hazards；
6.Perishable goods；
7.Living animals；
8.Items improperly packed that may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment；
9.Other articles that are not suitable for postage.

Can the membership score be used together with other concessions?
Except for the special stated preferences, it is generally acceptable.
