Goods receipt notice
After a few days of parcels, I went to the side of the sea and kissed me. Please don't worry about signing! Please confirm the following points before signing:

1. Check whether the outer packaging of the goods is in good condition, whether the sealing of the box is intact and whether the weight is significantly different before signing;

2. Whether or not it is found that the outsourcing is obviously damaged or torn open, the goods must be inspected in front of the courier before signing, and the remarks are made on the waybill and then signed or the problem is directly refused;

3. If the parcel not signed in front of the courier is damaged or small, please keep the outer box (including the sealed strip) and return it to the local post office within 2 days after the receipt (subject to the time of the logistics website). Contact us for invoices, physical photos, etc. for your application to the post office for compensation;

4. The normal receipt of the goods marks the end of the whole process of transshipment, and we will not be liable for any situation in which the goods appear after normal receipt;

5. After the parcel is signed, if there is any problem, please report it to the customer service within 72 hours after the receipt, and it will not be accepted after the deadline;

6. After signing, if you have any feedback on the shipping time and service of the package, please inform our customer service MM in time.

1. Fragile products and consumables, regardless of whether they choose to strengthen packaging, are only involved in lost claims and do not participate in damage claims;

2. Dangerous goods and contraband are not involved in the claim (eg, compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquid, acid and alkaline corrosion products, etc.);

3. The loss or expense caused by the natural loss, essential defects, characteristics of the goods and the rise or fall of the market price, does not participate in the claim;

4. All or part of the loss caused by natural disasters such as severe weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquakes, floods and natural disasters during transportation;

5. The goods are not subject to compensation due to force majeure such as weather, customs clearance, etc., resulting in over-sales period, over-warranty period, and over-delivery period;

6. Due to customs reasons, you need to cooperate with assistance in the relevant operations (including but not limited to paying customs duties), but you refuse to cooperate to make the package unable to complete the delivery according to the time commitment of the transshipment service provider. The losses, liabilities and consequences caused by you are at your own risk. The logistics company does not assume any responsibility.
